What's the short story (or poem) by Isaac Asimov that has to do with the machines thinking for themselves?

This sounds a lot more like Stephen King's short story Trucks which is found in his Night Shift collection then it does an Isaac Asimov story, who usually wrote of robots governed by a strict set of laws.
