You are right to a certain degree, but there's more to it. Illegal immigrants make up a huge portion of our workforce, particularly in the service industries and agriculture. In fact, nearly 75% of agricultural laborers are undoented aliens. If we were to aggressively enforce immigration laws, then our agricultural industry would be devasted, and the price of food would sk-rocket.
