I have a freezer fill of minced beef- do you have a good recipe?

The easiest answer would be to ask your husband to bring home something else!!! It sounds like you've done most of the staples already. Maybe just try different ingredients in the burgers and so on, like jalapenos, or ketchup and mustard built in, or make the patties into "sliders', just tiny burgers, which can be more fun because you can change the toppings for each one. Have you thought of making sausages? Why not use your fave recipe to make burgers and meat, freeze them and sell them in stacks to friends and neighbours? You don't have to charge much because it's free to you anyhow. Other than that, why not feed the dog? What a waste that would be.....
