Well i would not recommend a 14 year old to try dit pills they have tons of side affects and could possibly be harmful to you at that young age while your body is developing. Plus if you parents trip about you riding your bike to another village they would probably trip about that as well/ you dont have to play sports to lose wight do crunches, sit ups. anything get a magazine do the workouts in there. Your own body weight can be enough resistance to do the job. It took time to gain the weight it will take time ot lose the weight.
