Who is the Supreme Court going to side with in Phelps v Snyder?

I don't care what others say. Phelps is out of line. Free speech should not apply to this case. Free speech...I am so sick of hearing about it! Free speech originally had good intentions but now every idiot out there uses it as an excuse! I feel so bad for Snyder. DOWN WITH PHELPS! I can't take anymore of this Free speech bs.
