Will a 06 tc trd cai fit on a 08 tc or do i have to buy 08-10?

I have an 08 scion tc and im buying a cold air intake for it, but there is something i need to know before buying it.The 06 trd cai on ebay cost 165 but the 08 trd cai cost 370. Its obvious why i wound want to know before wasting my money on the same thing. In one of the cai list thing it said the fit is 05-10 tc.Does any one know ? help me please
