I've been exercising about 20-25 minutes per day...?

I'm 5'6 187. I am nursing, but formula feeding as well. I have been consuming 1600-1800 calories per day. Should I be consuming less if I am trying to achieve 40-50 lbs. of weight loss. How much should i be consuming at the very least. This is only the first week of my diet and exercise regimen
