Is there a free movie maker for windows 7?

I know there is windows live but I need a movie maker that has speed changers. I tried AVS which is almost perfect but there is a water mark if you dont register it. Does anyone know a free downloadable movie maker for windows 7 that has a speed changer and an audio pitcher (or if there is a separate audio changer)?
