I like men. what should i do?

i'm a freshman in high school and i'm having crushes on men over 30years old. no they're not smokin hot, no they're not mega rich. they're all dorky, wimpy, and really really sweet (as in nice not "rad"). what should i do? what do you think about this? whats your opinion on young ppl who have crushes on older men?
