Help!!!!! meee.. uni ?

hey... i applied to uni last year and got a place but i defered the year to workk as i wouldnt be bale to afford the cost... i recieved a letter from the uni saying that i have a place for next year 2010. however does that meani have to go through ucas again or do i have a definate place at the uni for next year?? i dont no what i need to do help....
