Yeast infection or not??. how can i relieve it?

ok so ive started itching like really badly. and its been swelling up. i scratched it so hard it began to bleed. i checked it out and its looks so disgusting. its mushy... ugggh its so annoying and itchy and hurts a whole lot. i already made an appointment at the clinic to see for sure what it is and possibly get it treated.. but omg this is killing me. wat can i do for like relief. i have school and i cant take thiss. any home remedies that guareentee to work.. please help!!!
