This cant be just strep throat. :[ Help!?

Okay. So I have a really sore throat. It hurts to swallow and talk. But I also have nasal drainage down the back of my throat. Also, down my neck hurts ALOT, I can hardly describe it. When I look down it hurts my ears, and throat. I'm also starting to notice some places on my body that are pale, and have never been pale before. Anybody know what this could be?
