Do “legitimate” cops support the actions of the ticket issuers-and the consequences?

Your post is more of a rant than a question. Those ticket issuing officers are doing their job. Can you prove that there is a large amount of false tickets issued? Tickets are issued to keep other drivers safe on the highway. Contrary to popular belief, not many areas have ticket quotas. You didn't mention how many tickets you have gotten.
