Are boys who join Boy Scouts of America in agreement with the bigotry of the organization?

By bigotry I'm referring to their refusing membership to Agnostics, Atheists and s. Do people actually agree with that evil nonsense when they join up or are they just ignoring the blatant bigotry for the sake of their interest in outdoor adventure?
